Look, we get it. You've seen a thousand country brands trying to sell you "authenticity" with perfectly distressed denim and boots that have never seen a speck of actual mud. You've scrolled past influencers in spotless Stetsons posing in front of trucks they can't parallel park.

We're not that.

Why We Exist

Here's the truth: Country folks don't need to take themselves so damn seriously all the time.

We believe the best parts of country living - the grit, the quirks, the contradictions - deserve to be celebrated with a wink and a smile. In a world of overly polished "authentic country" brands, we exist to give voice to the folks who can laugh at themselves while still being proud of who they are.

Because let's be real - you can love your truck AND acknowledge it's basically a financial liability with wheels. You can enjoy a bonfire AND know someone's definitely gonna do something stupid. You can live the country life AND think half the things we do make absolutely no sense.

That's not betrayal. That's self-awareness. And it's hilarious.

Our Mission

Simpleigh & Proper outfits country folks with wearable humor that says what they're thinking - because life's too short to be proper all the time, and too long to be simple about it.

We make shirts for the people who:

  • Have more invested in their truck than their 401k
  • Know the difference between "might could" and "might should"
  • Have canceled plans because their horse/cow/tractor had other ideas
  • Can appreciate good sarcasm without getting their Wranglers in a wad
  • Live this life for real, not for the 'gram

The Simpleigh & Proper Promise

Quality with Levity: Our shirts are comfortable, well-made, and built to last through actual wear - not just photo shoots. We use quality materials because even if the message is ridiculous, the product shouldn't be.

The Name

"Simpleigh & Proper" - see what we did there? It's neither simple nor proper. It's a little ridiculous, a little clever, and sounds fancier than it actually is. Kind of like calling your beat-up ranch truck "The Escalade."

We embrace the contradictions. We live in the tension between who we're supposed to be and who we actually are. And we figured our name should too.
